When will you ship my product?
Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day they are ordered. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be shipped the following day. Special ordered items or items not in stock will be shipped 1 business day after receiving. You will be notified within one business day by email if we are unable to fill your order. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-344-8243 if you have questions regarding this policy.
Will you be able to ship to my address?
We ship to all locations in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska; however we do not ship internationally. Our affiliate site, dukesfx.com, cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. However, any purchases through dukesaw.com can be delivered to your P.O. Box.
How do I know my credit card information is safe with you?
We use state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure your privacy and security.
What guarantees come with your products?
We want to ensure your total satisfaction. Our No-Hassles Return Policy allows you to return any item within 60 days of purchase. All of our products come with manufacturer warranties.
What is your Return Policy?
A customer can return any product within 60 days of purchase for a full credit of merchandise. After 60 days, all sales are FINAL. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges at the time of return. Customers will receive credit for shipping costs on any manufacturer defective part or any part shipped in error. Returned parts/products must be in their original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments. All parts must be complete and undamaged. Disassembled, damaged, and custom parts cannot be returned. You must call for an authorization code to process a return in a timely manner. Failure to do so can result in delays in applicable credits.
